2 Years Warranty (Labor & Parts)
Warranty includes
1) Free onsite inspection and general maintenance twice per year.
2) Inspection at workshop*, maintenance* and parts fee (functional parts).
3) Discounted rental service for same grade of model.
*Customer should bear their own cost for any man-made damage or outside functional parts on the oxygen concentrator. (parts, repair and transit fee)
*Additional charge may be applied if the onsite and transit service caused by location and special condition.
*The warranty counted from the invoice date.
*The warranty will not be applicable if the machine is in use of non-residential, profit, transfer or resell purpose.
